About the opportunity
We are now looking for a Sourcing Support Analyst, to be part of the team who provides analytical and sourcing services to the global Sourcing organization, based on internal and stakeholder requirements, actively contributing with Source-To-Contract activities within the Sourcing Process.
Through professional consultancy and subject matter expertise, the employee will support the Sourcing community with operational and analytical knowledge and skillsets.
You will:
• Offer support to global Sourcing organization for assigned tools and processes and/or projects
• Secure support process (analysis, creation, modification, updates and/or improves) based on timeframe and specifications included in the support request, in accordance with work process
• Liaise with stakeholders from request creation to completion
• Clarify for the stakeholders the identified solution for their support request
• Provide updates to the Team Coordinator and/or Line Manager regarding the status of assigned support request and/or project
• Escalate issues and concerns related task completion to Team Coordinator and/or other Management functions
• Manage stakeholders complains to mutual benefit;
• Analyze and summarizing data from own activity to offer level achievement compared to set KPIs
• Serve as the liaison for the global Sourcing organization
• Work with Team Coordinator, stakeholders and other teams to develop and improve tools and processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure request or project objectives are met
• Perform time & activity reporting as per internal regulations and directives
To be successful in the role you must have:
• Negotiation and Communication skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential, as presenting findings and supporting conclusions is an important part of the job
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently, within tight deadlines
• Medium Excel and PowerPoint level
• 3+ years’ experience in customer and/or supplier facing roles
• Be able to interact with the 3rd parties (e-mails, phone calls) independently
• Be able to handle a request end-to-end (from receiving the request to closure of the negotiation)
• Strong analysis and synthesis skills
• Innovative mindset
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; Other languages represent a plus
• Bachelors’ Degree
