We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SAP Concur Analyst to join our Information Technology team at Ariston Group. This role offers the opportunity to manage and optimize travel and expense management solutions across a multinational organization while working in an international environment focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full SAP Concur application lifecycle, supporting the Project manager (including travel requests, booking processes, and expense management workflows)
  • Perform system configuration and customization activities, including policy setup, approval workflows, and user access management
  • Supervise and coordinate with external vendors and partners managing SAP Concur projects and support business on processes enhancements
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, process flows, and training materials for end-users and stakeholders
  • Support ICT teams and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Monitor system performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience
Qualifications:
  • 3–4 years of professional experience with SAP Concur or similar travel and expense management solutions
  • Deep functional knowledge of Travel Request, Booking, and Expense Management modules and their integration (SAP Success Factors, SAP ERP, Travel Agency, Credit Card)
  • Proven ability to perform system configuration and customization, or to effectively manage vendor relationships and oversee external consultants
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system configurations
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Goal-Oriented: driven to achieve measurable results and deliver on key performance indicators within project timelines
  • Energetic, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced international environment
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders across finance, HR, travel, and operations departments
  • Takes ownership of tasks and initiatives without extensive supervision
Nice to have:
  • Experience with vendor management and oversight of SAP Concur implementation or AMS projects
  • SAP Concur certification or other relevant industry certifications are a plus
  • Familiarity with multinational organizations, travel policies, and global compliance requirements
  • Experience with additional SAP modules or enterprise resource planning systems are a plus
