Key Responsibilities:
1. Media Production and Campaigns:
o Create and produce media projects for campaigns, marketing, and general branding purposes.
2. Equipment Setup and Operation:
o Transport, set up, and operate various production equipment, including cameras, audio/video recorders, lighting equipment, props, and microphones for both location and studio production.
3. Client Briefing and Visualization:
o Visualize production scripts and briefs, understanding client requirements to achieve the desired results.
4. Shot Setup and Capture:
o Set up and capture shots based on the brief, ensuring excellent lighting and optimal audio quality.
5. Equipment Selection:
o Determine necessary camera equipment and obtain it for the production.
6. Equipment Maintenance and Calibration:
o Operate and maintain the proper levels and calibration of cameras, audio/video recorders, and other production equipment.
7. Post-Production:
o Perform post-production tasks such as editing, color correction, and sound adjustments to deliver polished final content.
8. Pacing and Timing:
o Demonstrate an excellent sense of pacing and timing, ensuring that the production flows smoothly.
9. Music and Sound Integration:
o Integrate music and sound effectively to enhance the overall production quality.
10. Lighting and Color Correction:
o Utilize knowledge of color correction and lighting to achieve the desired visual effects.
11. Collaboration:
o Work well with others in a collaborative environment, including coordination with other departments.
12. Camera and Lens Adjustments:
o Adjust camera lenses, settings, and lighting to achieve the best shot and maintain high-quality production standards.
13. Photography Adjustments:
o Maneuver subjects, adjust lighting levels, and make lens adjustments to capture optimal photographs.
14. Background Setup and Design:
o Design, build, arrange, or secure properties/settings for background use in shoots.
15. Team Coordination:
o Coordinate with team members and other departments to accomplish production tasks and align on project goals.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
1. Experience:
o Extensive experience with camera operation, DSLR, digital video cameras, sound equipment, and overall production processes.
2. Technical Proficiency:
o Strong knowledge of audio/visual equipment, video production, editing hardware/software (Premiere Pro, FCP, Sony Vegas, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
3. Creative Skills:
o Highly creative with an extraordinary eye for detail.
4. Communication Skills:
o Excellent communication skills to effectively work with clients and team members.
5. Adaptability:
o Flexible and capable of working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and handling ambiguity.
6. Collaboration:
o Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment.
7. Independence and Motivation:
o Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and delivering high-quality work.
8. Safe Work Practices:
o Knowledge of safe work practices, especially in lighting and manual handling of equipment.
9. Working Hours Flexibility:
o Ability to work outside of office hours, including weekends, as needed for project deadlines.
