Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot valve-related issues in pipelines and process systems.
Calibrate and adjust valves to meet operational and safety standards.
Document maintenance activities, test results, and repair reports.
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with engineers and other technicians during shutdowns, installations, and commissioning.
Technical diploma or vocational training in mechanical engineering or related field.
Proven experience in valve maintenance and repair (oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial sectors preferred).
Knowledge of valve types, materials, and applications.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and specifications.
Familiarity with hydrostatic and pneumatic testing procedures.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
