Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
• Gaining knowledge of company policies and processes.
• Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the training.
• Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
• Completing succesfully all necessary assessments, as guided and required.
• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.

• Performing all the administrative support, such as printing, setting up materials, rooms, etc. as requested from their supervisors.
• Researching and assisting their supervisor in identifying areas for service or process improvements.
• Writing and presenting regular updates to management.
• Completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites when required.
• Maintaining communication with supervisors and attending periodic evaluations.
• Maintaining and developing a positive working relationship with employees.
• Performing all other job related duties, as assigned.
