We are seeking a proactive Talent Development Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of learning, leadership, and talent programs. This role involves handling training logistics, coordinating with vendors, and supporting internal talent initiatives aimed at employee development and succession planning.


Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate day-to-day training and talent development operations
  • Plan and execute logistics for learning programs, 360 assessments, and coaching initiatives
  • Assist in the development and deployment of training and leadership content
  • Liaise with external vendors for market research, procurement, and program delivery
  • Support talent management and succession planning activities across the business
  • Use various assessment tools to evaluate skills, potential, and development needs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to employee development initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with senior leaders, managers, and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 12-month full-time contract role based in Qatar
