Job Opportunity: Systems Completion Lead – Oil & Gas / LNG

🔹 Work Setup: 100% Onshore
🔹 Rotation: 12 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF
🔹 Schedule: 6 Days/Week | 8–10 Hours/Day

🔹 Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Systems Completion Lead to drive and manage all mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and system handover activities for a major LNG project.
This role is critical to ensure that all systems and subsystems are delivered safely, compliantly, and on schedule, with accurate documentation and seamless transition to operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee mechanical completion (MC), pre-commissioning (CSA), and commissioning (RFSU) activities
• Ensure all systems meet project specifications and approved procedures prior to handover
• Manage and monitor:
  • ITRs (Inspection Test Records)
  • Punch lists & exception closures
  • Completion certificates
• Oversee and maintain Systems Completion Database (SCDB) integrity:
  • Tag verification & allocation
  • ITR assignment as per Tag Type Matrix (TTM)
  • Punch tracking & reporting
• Review and validate:
  • Completion dossiers
  • Hydrotest packs, instrument index, cable schedules
  • Vendor documentation & test packages
• Coordinate with:
  • Construction
  • QA/QC
  • Commissioning teams
• Monitor contractor performance in:
  • MCC, CSA, and RFSU activities
  • Workpack completion and system readiness
• Ensure proper preservation activities and compliance
• Support system handover to operations with complete as-built documentation
• Capture and share lessons learned (LL) for continuous improvement

🔹 Requirements
🎓 Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences

🛠️ Experience

• Minimum 8+ years in commissioning / systems completion roles in Oil & Gas
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity
• Proven experience in:
  • Mechanical Completion & System Handover
  • Large-scale oil & gas or LNG projects

🔧 Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of:
  • ITR types and completion stages
  • Punch list categorization and close-out processes
  • Certification systems and turnover gates
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Completion Management Systems (CMS), such as:
    • WinPCS
    • ICAPS
    • Hexagon Smart Completions
• Understanding of:
  • Construction, QA/QC, and commissioning interfaces
  • System handover procedures to operations
