Supply Chain Lead is responsible for ensuring the supply of parts, equipment and tooling for the continued maintenance of the fleet.



Main duties include:



  • Support the development and implementation strategies to improve service levels, lower overall maintenance costs, and increase internal efficiencies within the Technical division.
  • Control the planning, procurement, repair and storage for the supply of aircraft parts, components, material, tools and equipment, to support scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance activities.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure that supply chain activities are in compliance with QCAA and EASA regulations, while optimised to the highest efficiency and lowest cost impact.
  • Oversee day to day Repair, Purchasing and Logistics operations.
  • Supports the main stores functions by working with Stores Supervisor optimizing process and reducing waste.
  • Active role in procurement and dispatch of AOG spares.
  • Liaising with Finance to ensure timely invoice settlement & budget targets are met.
  • Conducts other duties as reasonably directed by the Senior Manager Supply Chain.
