Are you passionate about holistic wellness, recovery, and leading with purpose? Our premier wellness and recovery center in the heart of Doha, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Wellness Center Manager to lead our growing team.

About the Role:

As the Wellness Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and implementing wellness programs that align with our vision for modern recovery and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and inspire a team of wellness professionals
• Maintain top-tier customer service standards
• Coordinate wellness programs and recovery treatments
• Oversee scheduling, budgets, and center operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Build client relationships and support business growth

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience managing wellness, spa, or health centers
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for wellness, fitness, and recovery therapies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
