Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sous Chef located in Doha, Qatar. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, including meal preparation, plating, and presentation. You will also be responsible for managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and coordinating with suppliers. Additionally, the Sous Chef will assist in menu planning, creating new dishes, and managing kitchen finances.
