We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent - Painting to supervise and execute painting and coating activities for Oil & Gas projects. The candidate must have strong site management experience and BGAS Level 2 certification, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of works.



Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily painting and blasting activities at site



  • Ensure work execution as per project specifications and standards



  • Coordinate with project engineers, QC inspectors, and client representatives



  • Monitor manpower deployment and productivity



  • Ensure proper surface preparation and coating application



  • Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation



  • Ensure strict compliance with HSE and quality requirements



  • Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings



  • Verify material usage and site resource planning



  • Support project team in meeting deadlines



Requirements
  • Qualification: Diploma / Degree (Mechanical or relevant field) - Mandatory



  • Experience: 15-18 years in Painting (Oil & Gas sector mandatory)



  • Certification: BGAS Level 2 (Mandatory)



  • Strong knowledge of blasting, surface preparation, and coating systems



  • Experience supervising large painting crews



  • Familiar with international standards (ISO, SSPC, NACE, BGAS)



  • Strong leadership and site coordination skills



  • Ability to manage multiple work fronts under tight schedules
