The Senior Visual Content Specialist leads the planning, production, and delivery of high-quality visual content across photography, videography, filmmaking, and post-production to support Group marketing, communications, executive messaging, and brand positioning. The role combines advanced technical expertise with creative leadership to produce cinematic and corporate-level visual storytelling that strengthens brand identity and supports strategic initiatives.
Visual Content Strategy & Creative Direction
Visual Storytelling Development: Lead the conceptualization and execution of visual storytelling aligned with Group communication strategies and brand positioning.
Creative Direction: Translate marketing campaigns, corporate initiatives, and executive messaging into compelling visual narratives.
Film Production & Project Execution
Corporate Filmmaking: Plan and execute complex filming projects including corporate films, executive interviews, documentaries, and large-scale event coverage.
Production Management: Oversee production planning including shot lists, filming schedules, equipment setup, and multi-location shoots.
Technical Production & Equipment Management
Professional Equipment Operation: Manage advanced camera systems, lighting setups, professional audio equipment, and drone filming when required.
Production Quality Assurance: Ensure optimal technical standards in filming, sound capture, lighting design, and image composition.
Post-Production & Editing
Advanced Editing: Lead cinematic video editing including color grading, sound design, visual enhancements, and motion graphics integration.
Content Finalization: Produce polished visual outputs suitable for corporate presentations, campaigns, digital platforms, and executive communications.

Visual Asset Management & Performance Monitoring
Digital Asset Organization: Maintain organized storage, archiving, and management of visual content assets.
Content Effectiveness Support: Support marketing teams by ensuring visual content contributes to campaign engagement and communication impact.
Cinematography & Production Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of professional camera systems, lighting design, audio capture, and drone operations.
Post-Production Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in professional editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics software.
Creative Storytelling: Strong visual storytelling capability aligned with corporate branding and communication strategies.

Professional Experience: Minimum 8–12 years of experience in videography, photography, filmmaking, and visual content production.
