Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in geographical information systems (GIS), web portal/application design, and demonstrated knowledge of SQL Server. Programming skills including ASP NET framework, Oracle, MVC, ArcGIS, Oracle database, SQL, and GIS database design. Assist in all aspects of hydraulic/Hydrologic, drainage modelling.
Data Management/IT Professional with a minimum of 15 years relevant experience. Experience shall include database design and development, integral knowledge of geographical information systems (GIS), web portal/application design, and demonstrated knowledge of SQL Server. Preferred academic qualification is BSc in Computer Science, GIS, Civil Engineering, Geology, or related field from an accredited institution.
