Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, key accounts, travel agencies, and corporate partners.
Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and site inspections.
Negotiate contracts, rates, and agreements in line with the hotel's revenue strategy.
Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Collaborate with the Reservations, Front Office, and Marketing teams to optimize business opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Participate in trade shows, networking events, and sales missions to promote the hotel.
Manage corporate accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
Monitor sales performance against budgets and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure all sales activities are accurately recorded in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Handle client concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and ethical business practices.
Perform other duties assigned by the Director of Sales or General Manager.
