Rotating Equipment Engineer- 2 months Shutdown -Qatar

KEY TASKS AND RESULTS:
• Planning, organizing and monitoring of assigned shutdown work with multi-cultural teams consisting of Supervisors and Technicians.
• Shall be responsible to delegate supervisors, Planning the jobs with his supervisors and carryout all the jobs in his assigned area as per the procedures. Responsible for Safety and Timely execution. Arranging spares/ permits. Preparing reports. Liaise with vendor reps and QAFAC Rep. Optimize utilization of resources in his area.
• Works in accordance with established company procedures, professional standards and HSE requirement.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
EDUCATION: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
EXPERIENCE: 15/20 Years
BACKGROUND: Experience in the field of Rotating Equipment maintenance of Methanol / Ammonia or large Petrochemical plants.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
• Knowledge and experience in overhauling of large process plant Equipment’s like compressors, steam turbines, pumps, air coolers, process furnaces, boilers, and other process equipment’s.
• Knowledge of basic principles of rotating equipment, seals, bearings, vibrations, and
lubrication. Detail operation knowledge of rotating equipment.
• Fluent in English and having good report writing skills. Well versed with spare parts management and computerized maintenance systems like SAP, engineering drawings, laser alignment technique.

Duration- One month to two months
Status- Single
Working Schedule- 12 hours per day, 6days or 7 Days per week
