About the role:



Responsible for planning and facilitating Pricing and Revenue Management training and instructional programs, covering a wide range of process and system development areas in accordance with an agreed training plan. Ensures that people are equipped with the required behavioural knowledge and skills to support the business in achieving its objectives.




Key Accountabilities include:




  • Identify training needs and propose development programmes for Revenue Management and Pricing staff. Perform on the job training on site with the employees to enhance learning. Evaluate, amend and revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment.
  • Implement the effectiveness and efficiency of learning by delivering programs to align with 70:20:10 principles.
  • Support the management in developing skills to ensure employees mature and adapt in an ever changing business environment.
  • Responsible to train staff in Pricing and Revenue Management in a variety of technical programs such as Airnguru pricing systems, PROS O&D revenue management system, PROS Group Sales Optimizer, lnfare, Amadeus Altea Inventory and Amadeus availability management solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and the development of action plans.
  • Support RM Systems Development unit in testing new developments and system enhancements.
  • Organise program logistics including venue arrangements, record keeping and post-program follow up.
  • Liaise with Group Talent Development team to develop e-learning modules for Revenue Management.
  • Design training materials based on the best practice Talent Development methodology.
  • Initiate new trainings based on prior experiences and needs analysis.
  • Facilitate training programs to a world class standard, using adult-learning and learner focused techniques.
  • Utilize coaching techniques to improve employee performance based upon an agreed action plan.
  • Research and recommend external programs to stakeholders for approval.
  • Complete all compliance based trainings within the specified deadline provided.
