Full Time Receptionist for a High Street Salon in Qatar .

1. Front Desk Activities

· Answer telephone and inquires

· Greet all arriving guests and direct to appropriate station and technician

· Give accurate information to clients and potential clients

· Build strong knowledge and awareness of the provided services in the salon

2. Maintain Schedule

· Maintain updated appointment schedule using the salon software.

· Maintain a regular register of the expired, out of stock, and required products

· Maintain a register of all the governmental and legal documents.

3. Cashier

· Use POS to accurately input the daily sales and expenses

· Maintain the invoices and logging them into the system regularly

· Run an end-of-day check on the cash and card sales prior to closing the salon

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Preferably located in Al-Rayyan or Doha
Ability to work 6 days/ week (overtime paid)
Preferably living in a separate accommodation (compensated in the package and not offered by company)
transportation will be paid as part of the package
Training will be provided on the salon system
