Bachelor's degree in EngineeringStrong experience in Primavera P6, MS Project, MS OfficePMP certification preferredMinimum 6 years of experience in project scheduling roles from Oil & Gas / Defense projectsExperience working in multiple portfolio or mega projectsGreat communicator and required strong analytical and reporting skillsResponsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for multimillion value projects in coordination with project management teams.Developing baseline project schedules using tools such as:
    • Primavera P6
    • MS Project
  • Preparing:
    • Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
    • Resource-loaded schedules
    • Cost-loaded schedules
    • S-curves and progress reports
  • Monitoring project progress against planned milestones
  • Identifying delays, risks, and critical path impacts
  • Coordinating with:
    • Engineering teams
    • Procurement
    • Construction/site teams
    • Supply chain and subcontractors
  • Preparing recovery plans and mitigation schedules
  • Supporting earned value management (EVM) and KPI reporting
  • Participating in project control and management review meetings
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual timelines and reporting standards
