Job Description – Project Manager
Job Purpose
Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of a Headquarters Relocation Project, ensuring completion within scope, budget, schedule, quality, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including design, construction, fit-out, relocation, and handover.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and governance documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, landlords, and regulatory authorities.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Lead governance meetings and provide regular status reports to management.
  • Manage procurement, tendering activities, vendor performance, and contractor delivery.
  • Administer contracts, variations, claims, and commercial matters.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure operational readiness, business continuity, and successful project close-out.
  • Drive sustainability and workplace optimization initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • PMP Certification (mandatory) or equivalent professional qualification.
Experience
  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience in large-scale capital projects.
  • Proven experience delivering corporate headquarters, commercial buildings, or large office developments.
  • Strong background in construction management, procurement, contract administration, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
