Hiring: Procurement Lead (Pipelines) – Offshore LNG Project
Location: Doha, Qatar
Work Split: 90% Onshore | 10% Offshore
Rotation: 12 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF
Work Schedule: 6 Days/Week | 8–10 Hours/Day

Job Purpose
We are looking for a skilled Procurement Lead (Pipelines) to oversee procurement activities for a major offshore LNG project. This role will ensure all procurement processes are executed efficiently and in alignment with project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all pipeline procurement activities for the project
  • Ensure compliance with cost, schedule, and quality objectives
  • Review and monitor EPC contractor’s procurement performance
  • Approve procurement procedures, documentation, and contractor deliverables
  • Coordinate with PMT, contractors, and vendors to resolve procurement issues
  • Oversee material purchase orders, expediting, and delivery timelines
  • Evaluate and onboard key vendors; maintain Vendor List integrity
  • Work closely with Quality teams to ensure materials meet project standards
  • Monitor procurement plans, materials management, and spare parts processes
  • Review vendor Spare Parts Lists (SPL) for accuracy and completeness
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in procurement or business-related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years in Oil & Gas / LNG sector
  • Experience managing EPC contractors and vendors
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory or coordination role
  • Strong experience in offshore LNG procurement projects (preferred)
  • Exposure to global vendor management and contractor environments
