  • Description: ►Responsibilities
    •Lead end-to-end operations of the broiler processing plant, ensuring optimal throughput, yield, and adherence to production schedules
    •Oversee engineering, maintenance, and utilities functions to ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency
    •Implement and continuously improve processing workflows, automation, and plant layout to enhance productivity and reduce waste
    •Ensure full compliance with food safety, biosecurity, and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP) across all processing stages
    •Manage cross-functional teams including production, engineering, quality, and logistics, driving performance and accountability
    •Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, downtime, labor efficiency, and cost per unit, and take corrective actions as needed
    •Lead capital projects, equipment upgrades, and expansion initiatives in alignment with business growth plans
    ►Qualifications
    •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; degrees in Food Science or Animal Science are also considered
    •Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in food processing or poultry processing operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
    •Strong knowledge of poultry processing systems, plant machinery, automation, and maintenance best practices
    •Solid understanding of food safety regulations and quality systems such as HACCP and GMP
    •Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams
    •Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
    •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
