  • Description: The PMO Lead bridges organizational strategy and project execution, ensuring construction programs are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. The role establishes PMO frameworks, provides portfolio-level visibility, drives standardization, and enables executive decision-making across multiple projects.
    ►Key Responsibilities
    •Establish and govern PMO frameworks, policies, and project governance standards.
    •Align programs with strategic objectives and maintain master schedules and delivery roadmaps.
    •Oversee multiple construction programs (civil, MEP, infrastructure, fit-out) and monitor performance against scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety benchmarks.
    •Track and report KPIs, milestones, cash flow, and program health at portfolio level.
    •Coordinate with engineering, planning, and project controls teams to ensure feasibility and timeline adherence.
    •Prepare and present executive-level reports and act as the central coordination point between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
    •Manage risk registers, change control processes, and issue escalation across all programs.
    •Standardize PM methodologies, tools, and templates (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile/Hybrid) and drive continuous improvement.
    •Lead, mentor, and develop PMO analysts, planners, and project controls staff.
    ►Qualifications
    •Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or Business Administration (Master's is a plus).
    •PMP / PgMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-RMP certification preferred; Primavera P6 certification is an advantage.
    •10–15 years in construction/infrastructure projects, with minimum 5 years in PMO or Program Management (5–8 years considered for Specialist level).
    •Experience managing large-scale or multi-project portfolios, preferably in Qatar/Middle East.
    •Exposure to mega projects, EPC contracts, and government/semi-government clients is highly desirable.
