We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support the daily operations of the office.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Keep the office, pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas clean and organized.
  • Refill pantry supplies and monitor stock levels.
  • Assist with photocopying, filing, and basic office errands.
  • Deliver and collect documents within the office or to other departments when required.
  • Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Support administrative staff with general office tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, Cleaner, or similar role is preferred.

  • Reliable, polite, and able to work independently.
  • Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and office support duties.
