4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description
Day-to-day Operations
Coordinate and manage the metering equipment delivery in store.
Liaise and coordinate with the customer’s contractor for metering equipment handover.
Inspect the metering equipment to make sure the installation has been completed according to Qatar’s requirements.
Coordinate with metering equipment suppliers where there are commissioning or maintenance works to be carried out in the customer’s facility and ensure that all plans activities are carried out smoothly.
Develop plan for metering equipment procurement.
Track and analyze monthly meter reading data such as consumptions, temperatures, flow etc. and provide the required billing data to finance team.
Coordinate with internal Engineering team, Construction team, O&M team, Customer Service team and Procurement team regarding metering equipment requirements and procurement program.
Perform periodical checks to ensure the accuracy of meter.
Keep inventory of the metering equipment in the store and arrange delivery to the customers with proper documentation.
Document Management
Maintain inventory of metering equipment’s in the store and arranging delivery to the customers with proper documentation.
Maintain an auditable record and electronic registration of Customer Service documents, correspondence, current/hard and soft copy which is properly archived until project completion and balances information for departmental control purposes.

Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Continuous Improvement
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
Reporting
Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet department requirements, policies, and quality standards.
Prepare Monthly Progress Report on basics of current status of buildings with photo proofs.
Quality, Health, Safety & Environment
Ensure all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that the safety of employees, quality of products/services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent in a technical field
Minimum Experience:
2 years of relevant experience in a similar role and industry
Job-Specific Skills (Generic / Technical):
Proficiency in English
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of AutoCAD
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Computer literacy
