Our client’s Membership program is a flagship initiative
designed to connect the community with a vast cultural landscape of museums and
exclusive experiences. We are seeking a Membership Marketing Manager to build
and maintain a high-performing marketing engine that drives acquisition and
brand awareness for this program.
As the Membership Marketing Manager, you will owns
all promotional and acquisition marketing for the membership program. You will
operate as a strategic partner to the Membership team, translating commercial
objectives into compelling campaigns and managing the full marketing funnel, from
initial awareness to conversion..
Key Responsibilities
•Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute the
comprehensive GTM strategy for membership launches, tier promotions, and
seasonal acquisition pushes.
•Funnel Optimization: Design and refine the full
marketing funnel, utilizing audience targeting, segmentation, and landing page
UX optimization to drive conversion.
•Agency & Media Management: Lead creative and media
agencies by developing structured briefs and defining media strategy to ensure
performance-driven planning and buying.
•Ambassador & Creator Program: Develop and manage a robust
ambassador program, identifying and cultivating relationships with key opinion
leaders to build credibility and reach.
•Performance Tracking & Reporting: Define and track KPIs
including CPA, conversion rates, and ROI, presenting data-driven insights and
recommendations to senior leadership.
•Membership Team Partnership: Act as the primary liaison to
the Membership operations team, staying aligned on programming, events, and
member experience developments.
•Cross-Portfolio Coordination: Align membership campaign
timing with broader activations, such as F&B events or gallery openings, to
leverage cross-promotion and portfolio synergies.
•Budget Management: Own and manage the marketing
budget allocated to membership initiatives, ensuring spend is aligned with
commercial targets and priorities.
•Brand Standards & Alignment: Ensure all membership
communications adhere to the organization’s visual identity and tone-of-voice
standards while remaining consistent with the overarching publishing calendar.
·Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or
related field.
·Experience:8–10 years in marketing, with specific expertise
in subscription, membership, or loyalty programs.
·Competencies: Strong background in performance marketing, media
briefing, and ambassador program management.
·Attributes: Commercially driven, highly analytical, and
comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and agencies simultaneously.
·Regional
Knowledge: GCC or
Middle East experience is strongly preferred.
