Job Description:
A newly established spa in Qatar, is seeking skilled and passionate Massage Therapists to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional wellness experiences to our clients and promoting their overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and other modalities as required by clients.
- Conduct client consultations to assess individual needs and customize massage treatments accordingly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in treatment areas.
- Ensure all spa equipment and products are stocked and organized.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant experience for all clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques to enhance skills.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing treatments.
- Participate in promotional activities and events to attract new clients.
Qualifications:
- Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a spa or wellness environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and bodywork modalities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- A valid health certificate as per the local regulations.
