The ideal candidate will create and implement marketing plans that enhance VIP customer engagement, ensuring that the brand’s prestigious image is consistently communicated across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement marketing plans tailored to enhance VIP customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Ensure the luxury brand’s image is consistently communicated and maintained through all marketing channels.
• Stay informed about luxury market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
• Provide regular reports to management on marketing activities, results, and recommendations for improvement.
Skills and Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge and experience in marketing for luxury brands.
• Proven experience with VIP experiences and brand positioning in the luxury sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• At least 7-10 years of experience in high-end retail marketing.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of luxury products, market trends, and customer behaviour.
Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (both are mandatory).
