The role is primarily responsible for supporting IT services in the country and coordinating/driving key initiatives with the Technology function.  The holder of the job needs to display adequate knowledge across the domains and be able to collaborate with support teams ensuring timely resolution on new implementations and have oversight of regulatory demands, IT systems and risks across IT.

In this role you will be:

• To deliver key initiatives in coordination with diverse teams across different geographies to achieve the collective strategic goals of the organization.
• To build and maintain close working relationship with business stakeholders and Service owners
• To support routine day to day operations and resolution of incidents to maintain service stability and service performance for internal staff and customers as per defined targets.
• To demonstrate analytical thinking, sound judgment, critical analysis, attention to detail and provide value-added advice
• To assist in the identification and registering of risk items across different IT domains and effectively manage, track audit points, MSII’s, dispensations, risk acceptances, assessments.
• To engage with Central IT teams, Line of Business and Function and Central Bank teams.
• To engage stakeholders to obtain a deeper understanding of their business and responsibility, their requirements and the impacts of the services and products
• To maintain relationships and coordinate key Projects with different internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

• University Graduate with five years or more experience in IT domain.
• Stakeholder management skills
• Experience of working in a banking environment and change projects
• Evidence of strong communication and influencing skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• PMP training or certification - Optional
• Understanding of finance is an advantage.
