We are recruiting for a luxury airport spa based in Doha, Qatar.
About the role:
As Luxury Spa Barber, you will be responsible for beard styling/ shaving services, ensuring a memorable spa experience, and to provide excellent customer service in the Spa Boutique, through strong product expertise and by listening carefully to guests’ requirements.
In this position, the responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
Provide a range of luxury barber treatments to the highest standards in accordance with the spa’s procedures and protocols
Provide bespoke recommendations and advice on skincare treatments for guests to use at home
Ensure adequate stocks of linen and supplies as well as to maintain hygiene and cleanliness of barber rooms
Greet guests and carry out the consultation to understand the guest’s needs and expectations.
Review and update guest profile forms and customise treatments
Possess thorough knowledge of spa menu and products in order to assist guests by providing information and recommendations on all products and services within the spa
About you:
Qualifications & Experience:
Barber qualification
With
Three years' experience working as a Barber in a luxury establishment or with a luxury skincare brand.
Essential:
Excellent knowledge of luxury service standards
Expertise in wet shaving and beard trims
Excellent knowledge of barbering trends
Fluency in both written and spoken English
Preferred
Knowledge of spa treatments is an advantage
Knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage
