Job description

Job Summary:

The Fleet Sales Consultant is responsible for achieving assigned fleet sales targets through proactive customer acquisition, exceptional relationship management, and seamless sales execution. The role ensures high levels of customer satisfaction and supports the division’s growth by promoting products and services to corporate clients and fleet buyers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual fleet sales targets as set by management.
  • Prospect new business opportunities through cold calls, client meetings, and referrals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle—from inquiry to delivery.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and negotiations in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely vehicle delivery and issue resolution.
  • Prepare sales reports, maintain an updated customer database, and ensure policy compliance.
