Faculty Head

Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring a Faculty Head for a prestigious academy in Qatar. The Faculty Head will be responsible for ensuring teaching personnel achieve business targets, maintaining discipline, and fostering harmonious cooperation among the team. This position involves close collaboration with management to develop strategies that enhance both onsite and online operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and guide teaching personnel to meet business targets set by management.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving onsite and online operations.
• Foster discipline and teamwork among teaching staff.
• Train instructors and provide inputs to support the development of departments.
• Handle daily operations, address ad hoc responsibilities, and solve problems efficiently.
• Collaborate with management to enhance business and cost management practices.
• Ensure facilities are well-maintained and operations run smoothly.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (or Education) from a recognized university or institute.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a team management role.
• Strong familiarity with business and cost management principles.
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
• Proficient in team management, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
