   • Knowledge of local regulations and codes related to facility management.
   • Strong budget management and cost control capabilities.
   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   • Proficiency in computer applications for facility management and reporting.
   • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
