Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Engineer - Painting (Planning & Billing) to manage planning, progress monitoring, and billing activities for painting and coating projects in the Oil & Gas sector. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge of industrial painting and BGAS Level 2 certification.
Prepare project schedules and monitor painting activities
Track daily/weekly progress and update planning reports
Prepare client billing and progress invoices
Coordinate with site teams for measurement and work completion data
Ensure painting works comply with project specifications and standards
Review surface preparation and coating procedures
Assist in cost control and material reconciliation
Maintain documentation related to planning and billing
Coordinate with QA/QC and project management teams
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical) - Mandatory
Experience: 10-12 years in Painting (Oil & Gas mandatory)
Certification: BGAS Level 2 (Mandatory)
Strong knowledge of painting systems, blasting, and coating standards
Experience in project planning and billing procedures
Familiar with international standards (ISO, SSPC, NACE, BGAS)
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Primavera / Planning tools
Strong communication and coordination skills
Salary: QAR 10,000 - 11,000
