Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Document Controller (QAQC / Painting) to manage, control, and maintain QA/QC documentation related to painting and coating works in Oil & Gas projects. The candidate must ensure proper documentation flow, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.
Maintain and control QA/QC documents related to painting works
Manage ITPs, method statements, inspection reports, and test records
Ensure proper document numbering, filing, and tracking
Coordinate with QA/QC engineers and site teams for document updates
Submit documents to client and maintain approval records
Track revisions and ensure latest versions are in circulation
Maintain project document registers and logs
Ensure compliance with company and client documentation standards
Support audit preparation and documentation review
Qualification: Diploma / Degree (any relevant discipline) - Mandatory
Experience: 8-10 years (Oil & Gas sector mandatory)
Strong knowledge of QA/QC documentation for painting/coating works
Familiar with ITPs, inspection reports, and project documentation systems
Experience in handling client submissions and approvals
Good knowledge of MS Office and document management systems
Strong organizational and communication skills
Salary: QAR 4,000 - 4,500
