-Minimum 7 Years Experience in GCC , Hospitals and 5 Star Hotel Experience
-Must know to cook Mediterranean food (Palestine cuisines)
-Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
-Diploma from a culinary or hotel management will be an advantage
