Contract Lead
  • Duaration of contract : 36 months
  • Roatations: 12 weeks on/ 2 weeks (off)
  • 6 days a week work.
• Management and resolution of major claims submitted by NFXP Offshore contractors and LLI suppliers
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Business Administration, Engineering.
Knowledge and/or Experience
• 8 years experience in business related function or discipline, including 4 years in the Oil & Gas Industry, and including 1 year experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/subcontractors/ service/vendor personnel.
• Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) preferred.
• Experience in administration of contracts and claims management relating to EPCI contracts in the Offshore Oil & Gas sector including Large Scale development.
• Proven track record in successful amicable resolution of contractual disputes.
• Experience in formal dispute resolution processes e.g. mediation, binding arbitration, litigation.
• Knowledge of Middle Eastern legal statutes and civil codes preferred
