Job Title: Civil Structure Engineer
Job Purpose
Provide technical expertise in civil and structural engineering to support projects and operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant infrastructure throughout the asset lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop design concepts, design basis, and detailed civil/structural solutions in line with international standards and specifications.
  • Provide technical support to operations and maintenance to ensure asset integrity and reliability.
  • Support projects across all phases (Pre-FEED, FEED, detailed design, execution).
  • Perform structural analysis using engineering software (e.g., STAAD, SACS or equivalent).
  • Review and monitor contractor and consultant deliverables for quality and compliance.
  • Participate in risk assessments, technical reviews, and failure investigations.
  • Prepare technical reports, drawings, and feasibility studies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial or oil & gas environment.
Skills
  • Knowledge of structural design codes and standards.
  • Proficiency in engineering analysis software.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
