Position: Business Development Manager – Real Estate Division
Location: Doha, Qatar
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in real estate brokerage to join our client’s prestigious Real Estate Division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and leading brokerage operations in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market, focusing on brokerage services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase the division’s market share and revenue.
• Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the brokerage process.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations to provide expert advice to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing and promotional strategies for properties.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the real estate sector, with a focus on brokerage.
• Strong network within the real estate market in Qatar.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
