Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the expansion of the company’s presence in the Qatari market, particularly within the water treatment sector.
Technical Experience:
Strong background in water treatment plants, particularly in the operation and maintenance (O&M) of RO plants, STP, and wastewater treatment facilities.
Sales Experience:
Proven track record in sales, preferably with experience in the Qatari market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the water treatment sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
Arabic speaker preffered
Proficient in English
Minimum of 10 years of experience
Experience in proposal preparation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of the Qatari market
Valid Qatari driving license (preferred).
