## Position Overview
Nadia Salon Spa, located in the heart of Doha, Qatar, is seeking a skilled and motivated Body Slimming Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various body slimming techniques, particularly with drainage and slimming machines such as LPG Endermologie, RF technology, and cavitation machines. The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong sales orientation, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their body transformation goals.
## Key Responsibilities
- Perform body slimming and drainage treatments utilizing LPG Endermologie, RF machines, and cavitation devices.
- Assess clients' needs and create customized treatment plans to meet their individual goals.
- Educate clients on the benefits of treatments and home care practices, fostering a trusting and supportive environment.
- Utilize strong sales skills to promote services, ensure repeat business, and drive overall sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of client sessions and progress, adhering to client confidentiality standards.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the treatment area and equipment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry trends and new technologies.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
## Qualifications
- Certification in body therapy or a related field.
- Proven experience in using body slimming machines, including LPG Endermologie, RF, and cavitation technologies.
- Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients.
## Compensation
- Salary: 4000 QAR, including commission.
