Job Title: Senior Barber & Stylist


Location: The Pearl Island, Doha, Qatar

Position Overview:



We are looking for an experienced, talented, and passionate Senior Barber & Stylist to join our high-end grooming team in Doha, Qatar. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering world-class grooming services, is skilled in both traditional barbering and modern styling, and understands client service excellence.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide premium grooming services including classic haircuts, fades, scissors cuts, shaves, beard shaping, and hairstyling.
  • Offer modern styling techniques including skin fades, texture cuts, hair treatments, and finishing.
  • Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety in the workspace.
  • Support junior barbers with guidance, mentoring, and training when needed.
  • Manage appointment schedules professionally and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with current trends in men’s grooming, styles, and techniques.
  • Contribute to creating a welcoming, professional, and premium environment for all clients.




Requirements:



  • Proven experience as a Senior Barber / Men’s Hair Stylist (Minimum 5 years preferred).
  • Excellent skills in both barbering and modern men’s hairstyling.
  • Experience working in premium or luxury barbershops is highly preferred.
  • Professional, courteous, and committed to providing an outstanding customer experience.
  • Ability to speak English and Arabic fluently.
  • Non-smoker preferred.
  • Presentable, clean, and well-groomed at all times.
  • Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with grooming trends.

  • Shaving Expertise: Traditional razor shaving with hot towel service.
  • Client Consultation Skills: Understanding client needs, offering professional advice, and recommending suitable styles.
  • Attention to Detail: High precision in cutting, fading, blending, and styling.
  • Hygiene & Sanitation Practices: Strong commitment to cleanliness, tool sterilization, and workspace hygiene.
  • Time Management:Ability to manage appointments and deliver services efficiently without compromising quality.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, respectful, and able to build rapport with high-end clients.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Focus on delivering an outstanding grooming experience that ensures client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Teamwork & Mentoring: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and support junior staff in developing their skills.
  • Adaptability & Learning Mindset: Willingness to learn new styles, follow global grooming trends, and adapt to client demands.
  • Professional Appearance & Conduct: Well-groomed, stylish, presentable, and embodies the image of a premium grooming professional.
  • Multilingual Communication (Preferred): Fluent in English (required); Arabic is a plus.
