Job description

  • Assist in overseeing day-to-day business banquet operations to deliver a high level of service for our guests consistently.
  • Responsible of daily banquet set-up as per guest requirements.
  • Schedule team members according to day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain knowledge and ensure compliance with departmental policies and standard service procedures.
  • Supervise efficient upkeep of tools through proper usage of equipment.
  • Deliver all guest requirements and prepare plans resolve customer care related issues to maintain guest notification.
  • Monitor and ensure optimal cleanliness, sanitation for all banquet public area.
  • Facilitate procedures to take orders from visitors in systematic way and ensure compliance to all regulations and standards of department

Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience same position.
  • Hotel background.
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Very good English communication skills
  • Preferably female an Arabic speaker
