We’re looking for a B2B Commerce Solution Architect to design smart, scalable, low‑code/no‑code commerce solutions using powerful platform‑native tools like Salesforce B2B Commerce. You’ll turn complex business needs into elegant, configurable solutions - minimizing custom code while maximizing impact.

  • lead the design and implementation of scalable, configurable solutions within a low-code/no-code platform environment.
  • enable robust B2B commerce capabilities by leveraging platform-native configuration tools, minimizing custom development, and aligning technology with business goals.
  • design and configure solutions using the platform's point-and-click configuration tools to meet business process and application requirements.
  • lead the assessment of business requirements, collection and identification of technical specifications, and the subsequent development of technology solutions.
  • interface with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into configurable software components.
  • develop prototypes using configuration tools and demonstrate these to stakeholders to validate solution approach.
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the configuration supports the desired business processes.
  • provide expertise in the platform's configuration capabilities during the solution design and implementation phases.
  • ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and can be seamlessly integrated with other systems.
  • conduct solution testing and troubleshooting, resolving configuration issues as they arise.
  • document the configuration details and maintain records of system changes.
  • stay current with the latest updates and features of the platform and evaluate their applicability to organizational needs.
  • lead and mentor a team of configuration specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure effective solution delivery.

  • coordinate team efforts to align with project timelines and business objectives.
  • conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • offer career guidance and support professional development for direct reports, helping them achieve their career goals

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Systems Analyst in B2B commerce environments.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms offering extensive configuration capabilities (e.g., Salesforce B2B Commerce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Demonstrated success in deploying enterprise-grade solutions with minimal custom coding.
  • Fluency in English
  • Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. C
  • Certifications related to the specific platform(s) of expertise (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, ServiceNow System Administrator).
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices.
  • Deep understanding of B2B commerce workflows, pricing models, and customer hierarchies.
  • Strong grasp of configuration management principles and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
