We are looking for a Project Manager / Coordinator to support the marketing team of an innovative sports tech company focused on helping young football players get discovered through digital platforms and AI-driven insights.
This role will be instrumental in driving marketing initiatives and ensuring seamless collaboration between international teams, particularly across Germany and Brazil.
This is a short-term engagement with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
Coordinate and drive execution of marketing initiatives across multiple regions
Act as the main communication bridge between teams in Germany and Brazil
Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
Organize and facilitate regular sync meetings and updates
Track campaign progress and proactively manage risks or blockers
Support planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
Proven experience as a Project Manager, Marketing Coordinator, or similar role for 2-3 years at least
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience working with distributed or international teams
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented mindset
Fluent in English and Portuguese, German is a plus
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar)
Background in marketing, digital campaigns, or sports/tech industry
Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments
Interest in football/sports is a plus
