Whatyou'lldo:




  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to infrastructure, installation, configuration, deployment release and promotionprocesses ,proceduresand application performance




  • Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to support product installation and configuration




  • Collaboration with others in Operations and development teams to triage software application issues within multiple timezones  toensure fast turnaround times on incident management and resolution




  • Conduct incidentmanagementpost-mortemanalysis, andimplement preventive measures to mitigate future incidents.




  • Implement automation initiatives to streamline deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes andtools .




  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions tooptimizeefficiency and minimize downtime.




  • Manage the installation,configurationand upgrade ofthird partyproducts andopen sourcesolutions 




  • Ability to develop and propose alternative approaches or strategies to address identified gaps and improve overall performance. 




  • Participate in discussionsfor  implementationof recommended solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes




  • Provide supportto  teammembers on best practices for solution improvement and innovation to ensure effective collaboration and high performance




  • Schedule and Participate in the Operations on-call 24 x7 rotation schedule




  • When needed, active participation in critical problem resolution outside of typical working hours




  • An employee may perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities as needed





Technical Expertise:



  • CI/CD & Automation:
    Experience designing andoptimizingCI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, Subversion, andSaltStack, with a focus on automation strategy and deployment efficiency.




  • Cloud & AWS Services:
    Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., Lambda, CloudTrail, Systems Manager) including deployment, monitoring, and disaster recovery planning.




  • Database Management (Oracle):
    Expertise in Oracle (and MySQL) RDS environments, including administration, performance tuning, and optimization.




  • Software Development:
    Strong software development experience on Linux platforms using scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Groovy, Ruby, or Bash.




  • Infrastructure &IaC:
    Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) for automated provisioning, configuration, and scalable environment management.




  • Systems, Networking, Security & Observability:
    Solid understanding of enterprise-scale systems including networking, security, monitoring, and observability tools (e.g., Kibana, Elastic stack), with emphasis on reliability and performance.




  • Operational Excellence & Platform Management:
    Proven ability to manage, deploy, andmaintainproduction systems across environments, including release management, performance optimization, and incident response.




  • Leadership, Collaboration & Strategic Problem-Solving:
    Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and drive cross-functional collaboration in Agile environments; capable of making decisions under ambiguity and communicating technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.





Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (Electrical, Software, or Telecommunications) ora related field.




  • Minimum5-8years’ experience with development and release processes




  • AWS certification is preferred but notrequired

Position Pay Range:



This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.



€31,161.42-€49,857.22

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
