Reporting directly to the Payroll & HR Admin Team Lead, and working collaboratively with the wider team and external partners, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, maintaining accurate financial and HR records, preparing payroll-related entries, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

What you will be doing


  • Running payroll and HR operations for our entities in Europe including Poland and the GCC region.
  • Collaboration – Partner closely with other departments to deliver a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
  • Payroll Coordination – Manage payroll processes with external providers (e.g. Symmetrical, Deel, RemotePass) and prepare salary calculations for our in-house payroll in the UAE and KSA (a straightforward process where gross equals net). 
  • Benefits – Manage benefits for the respective markets.
  • Controls & Analysis – Perform variance analysis and implement payroll controls to ensure correct payslip generation.
  • Projects & Improvements – Contribute to payroll-related projects such as process automation and system integrations.
  • HR Data Management – Maintain and update our HR system (HiBob), including ongoing employee changes.
  • Leave Management – Oversee holiday accruals and calculate compensated leave using HRIS data.
  • Accounting Entries – Prepare and post payroll-related journal entries in the accounting system.
  • Contracts & Templates – Draft and Maintain jurisdiction-specific templates with support from internal and external legal counsel.
  • HR Support – Assist with a wide range of internal and external HR-related matters. This list is not exhaustive and there may be other activities you may be required to deliver. 

What we are looking for


  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in payroll, HR or finance, preferably in an international environment running global payroll. Experience working with Polish payroll and knowledge of Polish labour law and regulations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis; familiarity with other financial or payroll tools is beneficial.
  • Proactive mindset with strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while handling multiple tasks.
  • Understanding of data confidentiality and compliance with payroll regulations and labor laws.
Optional
Payroll & HRIS Platforms: Proficient in HiBob (HR database management), Deel (global payroll and contractor management), and Sage (payroll processing and reporting). Global Jurisdiction Knowledge: Extensive experience managing payroll, compliance, and HR processes across Poland, other Eastern European markets, and the GCC region.   • 1st Stage: Video call with the Payroll & HR Admin Team Lead - 30 minutes
  • 2nd Stage/Final Stage: In-person meeting with the Payroll Team and VP of Accounting & Controller We aim to complete the entire interview process and deliver feedback within 4 weeks
