At Atos, we shape the future of digital transformation. Within our SAP Practice Germany, we are strengthening our SAP Customer Experience (CX) portfolio and are looking for an experienced SAP CX Manager to take strategic and operational ownership of this growing domain.
Your role
As SAP CX Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end CX portfolio within SAP. Working closely with the SAP CX community, SAP management, sales teams and global stakeholders, you will further develop our SAP CX offerings and drive sustainable business growth.
You will play a key role in strengthening Atos’ market position by combining strategic thinking, portfolio development, and reliable delivery excellence.
Your responsibilities
End-to-end responsibility for the SAP CX portfolio – from acquisition and presales through consulting, implementation/migration and operations
Ownership of business performance KPIs such as order intake, revenue, project margin, cost coverage up to gross margin, CSAT and NPS
Development and ownership of the SAP CX business case and skills portfolio, including regular reporting and continuous portfolio optimisation
Identification and onboarding of new SAP CX solutions and retirement of non‑profitable offerings in line with technology and market evolution
Definition and implementation of a clear, customer‑centric ownership model for managed accounts
Active escalation management and safeguarding contractual and delivery commitments
Strategic resource management across internal teams, cross‑border delivery units and partners
Ensuring competitiveness, delivery quality, productivity and optimal workforce utilisation
Building and maintaining communities, networks and knowledge management within SAP and across Atos
You will collaborate closely with:
Industry units and sales teams in the regions
Global SAP experts and Atos delivery organisations
Partner ecosystem supporting staffing and portfolio development
Your profile
University degree (Master’s level or equivalent)
5+ years of professional experience, including:
4+ years in SAP consulting and SAP customer support
4+ years in SAP presales and business development
Strong experience in sales, management and/or project management
Proven track record in sales leadership and portfolio management
Deep understanding of SAP enterprise environments, ideally with SAP CX solutions
Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
Highly customer‑oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills
Results‑driven, quality‑focused, and comfortable operating at management level
