The Global Reporting Centre of Excellence (GR CoE) brings together a team of experienced & dynamic management reporting, SAP BI subject matter experts and BI development professionals. We deliver engaging, efficient & insightful reporting and analysis solutions based on the rich and diverse data set available through GSK’s global deployment of SAP.
In this role you will…
Act as the primary interface between the P&F Hubs and the Global Reporting CoE, building strong relationships and maintaining a deep understanding of stakeholder reporting needs.
Own the intake and management of reporting demand, ensuring requirements are clearly captured, prioritized, and effectively channeled to SMEs and reporting development teams.
Represent the full GR CoE reporting portfolio, identifying cross-functional dependencies, recurring themes, and opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve reporting solutions.
Drive adoption of reporting solutions by coordinating user onboarding, education, and training, and ensuring stakeholders are equipped to effectively use available reporting tools and insights.
Develop and maintain clear user-facing materials such as guides, FAQs, and communications to support capability building and consistent usage of reporting products.
Act as a key partner in change management activities, supporting UAT cycles, coordinating business validation, and ensuring readiness for go-live through structured communication and stakeholder alignment.
Continuously gather feedback from stakeholders, using insights to drive improvements in reporting solutions, user experience, and overall service delivery.
Collaborate closely with SMEs to ensure business context is effectively translated into robust, scalable, and high-quality reporting solutions.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of financial principles and how they relate to BI and analytics
Solid working knowledge of enterprise reporting and planning tools (e.g. Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW or similar), with the ability to translate business needs into reporting requirements.
Proven experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to build trusted relationships and effectively partner with senior business stakeholders.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
Strong problem‑solving capability, with the ability to understand stakeholder challenges and identify opportunities for improvement and standardization.
Proven track record of managing strategic projects and driving innovation plus fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work across multiple teams and priorities, providing visibility on delivery progress, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment.
