As a Network Data & Netscaler Lead, you will be responsible for the management and optimization of enterprise network services, including load balancing, DNS, routing, segmentation, and network automation. You will ensure the availability, scalability, and performance of business-critical applications using technologies such as Citrix NetScaler (ADC) and Infoblox.

You will also play a key role in addressing operational challenges such as device lifecycle management, firmware upgrades, and the integration of new services, while supporting the transition toward cloud-managed networking and Software-Defined Networking (SDN).

What You'll Do:

• Provide L3 support across network transport, routing, DNS, load balancing, NAC, and network automation, including escalation handling and incident resolution
• Monitor and manage network infrastructure (routers, switches, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, Citrix NetScaler ADC, routing policies, segmentation) and execute firmware updates, maintenance, and optimization
• Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, DNS resolution, segmentation, and application delivery issues, while optimizing NetScaler ADC and Infoblox DDI (zones, DHCP scopes, IPAM)
• Drive network lifecycle activities (device refresh, upgrades, cloud connectivity, SD-WAN/SDN), capacity planning, SRE practices, and performance optimization
• Lead L2 Network Data analysts, manage on-call rota, ensure compliance and documentation (topology, runbooks), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve cross-domain network issues

What You Need:

• Advanced Citrix NetScaler/ADC (L4–L7) expertise including SSL offload, GSLB, HA, and application delivery optimization
• Strong Infoblox DDI (DNS/DHCP/IPAM) skills: zone architecture, DHCP management, IP automation, split-horizon DNS
• Deep knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), network segmentation, ACL design, and TCP/IP troubleshooting with Wireshark
• Experience in network automation (Python, Ansible, APIs), certificate lifecycle management (TLS, cipher suites, HSTS), and firmware upgrades with rollback strategies
• Expertise in DR and resilience planning, capacity planning, SRE practices, monitoring/SIEM integration, and mentoring & managing L2 Network Data analysts
