Job description

Working at Atlassian

Atlassians can choose where they work â whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity.

This role is remote, so you can be based anywhere in Poland.

Are you excited by marketing programs that actually move the needle?

Do you enjoy organizing projects, working with different stakeholders, and digging into campaign performance?

Join our Poland Marketing team this summer and help plan, execute, and optimize regional campaigns that support pipeline, revenue, and brand goals across the region

About the Role

This internship sits within our EMEA ABM & Demand Generation marketing organization, focused on driving awareness, consideration, and demand for Atlassian solutions across key European, Middle Eastern, and African markets. Our mission is to ensure our regional programs are well-coordinated, data-informed, and tuned to local customer needs.

Youâll support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and events, help keep stakeholders aligned, maintain visibility of whatâs happening across the region, and surface insights that improve how and where we invest.

This is not a shadowing role â youâll contribute directly to live programs, collaborate with global partners, and see the impact of your work reflected in campaign results.

Support EMEA Campaign Execution

  • Support execution of EMEA marketing campaigns and events, helping to coordinate delivery timelines, assets, and stakeholders to keep initiatives on track.

  • Partner with regional and global marketers to ensure activities align with overall campaign strategy and objectives.

Track & Report on Campaign Performance

  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics, and pull insights for sales and marketing updates.

  • Help prepare regular summaries or views that make performance easy to understand and act on.

Manage the EMEA Activity Calendar

  • Manage and maintain the EMEA activity calendar to ensure visibility of key programs and milestones.

  • Keep cross-functional partners informed of upcoming launches, campaigns, and regional activities.

Support Localisation & Global Coordination

  • Support localisation efforts, and coordination with the global demand generation team.

  • Work with regional stakeholders and agencies to adapt messaging and assets where needed.

Analyse & Optimise Programs

  • Analyse past campaign results and regional insights to help inform future planning and optimise ongoing programs.

  • Identify patterns, opportunities, and âwhat worked / what didnâtâ to feed into future briefs and strategies.

By the end of the summer, youâll have contributed to multiple EMEA programs, helped improve our visibility and reporting, and built a stronger understanding of how integrated marketing comes together in a global SaaS environment.

Youâre a strong fit if you:

  • Enjoy organizing projects and keeping multiple workstreams on track

  • Communicate clearly and concisely with different stakeholders

  • Are curious about how marketing campaigns are planned, localized, and measured in different regions

  • Like balancing structure (processes, timelines) with creativity (messaging, content, experimentation)

  • Have strong attention to detail and keep timelines, assets, and reporting accurate

  • Have strong presentation skills and can confidently share campaign updates and insights with different stakeholders

Bonus if you have experience with:

  • Marketing, business, communications, or a related field of study

  • Can speak French

Background

  • Currently enrolled in a 3 year bachelor degree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship, graduating by June 2027

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing & Communications, or similar

  • Strong communication skills

  • Able to commit to a 12 week full-time (40hrs/week) internship during Summer 2026

This internship is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond theory and into impact â helping to run campaigns that donât just launch, but are measured, refined, and scaled across a complex region.

If youâre energized by collaboration, operational excellence, and turning data into smarter decisions, weâd love to meet you.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn, we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.

Poland: PLN: 61740 - 78400 (annual)
